All bookkeeping agreements are billed monthly and may be cancelled at anytime with one month’s notice by either party.
CRA audit support is a third-party insurance on behalf of the client where if CRA makes an inquiry on your file, we will not bill you for any time spent with CRA on your behalf.
Bookkeeping monthly packages are based on cloud account systems and remote accounting model. Regularly visits to client site will be billed in separately and in addition to the monthly package.
We use QuickBooks and xero due to their adaptability and functionality. Some client depending on their industry such as lawyers, medical doctors, dentists etc. prefer their industry specific billing systems. We can accommodate our clients in any system they are comfortable in.
